Another beautiful couple from the Wander Workshop. Kory and Maggie were high school sweet hearts and then lost touch... until now and they are more in love than ever. These two were so natural and sweet together!

OH. MY. GOSH. These two... I met Odeani online through his response to one of my model calls and we literally created an entire elopement shoot around him and his beautiful wife, Bethany. Odeani is a photographer as well and Bethany is a yoga teacher in our area. They are so stinking adorable together and should probably think about taking up a career in modeling!
I am so thankful for all the amazing vendors that came together for this shoot. Taylor from Gypset Creative is absolutely amazing at styling and also created this beautiful invitation suite. We were able to shoot at this amazing venue in Corvallis- Cornelius Orchard and Farm. Special Occasions even let us borrow a gorgeous farm table for my $200 worth of World Market tableware that we don't actually need. Ha. It was perfect and these pictures will forever show up on my feed.

Okay- I may have talked about how much I love this girl in other sessions- I LOVE HER. And because of that- I've done a lot of shoots with her! Here are some of my favorite portraits of Manda- we love playing dress up or just shooting early morning casual shots. Manda had so much fun modeling these gorgeous two piece dresses from Sweet Caroline Styles the most.
Manda is the owner at Sue Blue Events- seriously the most talented stylist and coordinator I've ever met. I used to think I was good at styling and then I met Manda... she has such an eye for colors and layouts. She's also extremely organized. If you ever book her for your wedding- I'll give you a discount on my wedding packages- she's that good.
This is Manda and Johnny and they are my favorite. That's all. No really- they are the most awesome people. Manda is a super talented stylist and wedding coordinator and Johnny manages a bunch of Dutch Bros in Portland... you can imagine the amount of personality and positivity these two radiate. I am so blessed to be able to call them friends- and to get to be able to follow them around and take pictures. This was a styled elopement at our workshop- we climbed down a huge hillside to get here- the forbidden side of Snoqualmie Falls. Johnny got a little muddy but I decided to keep that in for effect!

Jillian is one of the sweetest, most fun-loving people ever and one of my good friends. She is not only freakin adorable, she is a kindergarten teacher, a yoga instructor, and a mom to the cutest bull dog ever! She got married last March but didn't get the chance to take some fun "all-about-her" bridal pictures... I was happy to step in. We collaborated with make up artist Dana Bowers and GreenGable gardens provided an amazing bouquet of greens, wildflowers and even peas! We did the shoot behind my house at sunset. I'm so happy with how it turned out. This easily is my favorite styled shoot ever- thanks Jill for being a BABE!
This is one of my faves because it is of some of my favorite people. We needed a girls weekend away, so we packed up and went to Bend. I'd been dying to do a styled shoot with these gorgeous Sweet Caroline gowns near Smith Rock. They totally rocked it- we rock climbed and ran around the dirt for hours getting just the right shots. My beautiful and talented friend from Gypset Creative, Taylor, created the invitation suite and styled our fun table. Thank you also to Green Gable gardens who donated this beautiful bouquet to our fun cause. I felt so blessed to be able to create something fun and beautiful with people I love so much. Thanks to all who made it possible!
I met Heather and LIsandro this past October in Bend- they booked their wedding with me and it was time for some engagements. We started here- at their bar "The Brown Owl." It was so awesome and authentic- I loved capturing their love for each other in a place where love had grown. Heather and LIsandro have a way of making anyone and everyone feel like their friends from the get go- there was never an awkward or dull moment. More stories on these two crazies in other galleries...
More about these two on the blog!

In Home sessions are my favorite! I love candids and real moments so naturally, being at home in loungey clothes is my thing. Its about as close as you can get to a couple's "natural habitat." I loved this shoot because it felt effortless- that's when you know a couple is in love. Throw in a beautiful ring, perfect light, a chunky sweater and some matching mugs and you have the perfect engagement in-home shoot. I may have purchased that sweater since then too... sorry Cassidy- you have great style!
I have known these two for quite a while now... being besties with Chase's sister. Their love for each other is one of a kind for sure- they love to give each other crap- I was bawling when they did their first look and just melted into each other. There's something so special about the big day- it brings out all the feelings and authenticity. Parker & Chase, you two are the real deal- I loved being a part of your big day! These are just a couple of my faves...
So I know I say I am a "travel photographer" but I am really a homebody and pick and choose if I ACTUALLY travel depending on the location- whoops. Anyway, Cassidy and Beau are literally the coolest almost- newly-weds. They just picked up and left Portland with no prospects to try something new. So when they asked to fly me down to Phoenix (in the dead of winter) to do their engagements, I gladly accepted. Arizona is one of my favorite places ever- especially when traveling with two super cute- in-love people trying to find the most epic cactus's (cacti? the jury is still out). Needless to say, they killed it even in full sunlight! Cassidy and Beau- I can't wait for your wedding day!
More about this beauty on the blog- I'm so thankful for my oppurtunity to work with Taylor. She is such a sweet mom-to be and an extremely talented artist. I am in love with our out-of-the-norm maternity shoot!
I can't handle it with these two. When I told my dad about this shoot, he was like- you photographed naked people?!! But let me explain- these two are the sweetest, most in-love newliweds ever and are down for anything. I'm sorry but who wouldn't want some pics like these with their spouse to show off later? I'm all for the water shoots now...

Last weekend, I had a sunrise and a sunset session in Portland and thought, what better way to spend the in-between doing a styled session? In less than 24 hours, I had a location (The Portland Studio- it's awesome!), some Trader Joes flowers, a thriftstore antique trunk, a model and the ok to come pick out any two dresses I wanted at Brides for a Cause. It came together flawlessly even with very little planning. Love it when that happens... Sam and I chose two very different ensembles- one vintage inspired sheath and the other an oversized beaded top over a full tulle skirt. It was a blast and this girl is a natural!! Can't wait for your actual wedding chica!
Josh and Kimberlie are the sweetest couple! I met them in our shared hometown in the valley. Their love for each other was evident from our first meeting- there is something so genuine and beautiful about a couple that makes decisions together. Not once did they say "I" or "me" in our meeting- I knew right away that being a part of their big day would be such a blessing. We had so much fun adventuring around Smith Rock for their engagements- here is a sneak peek of my faves from the day.
For this shoot, I got the opportunity to work alongside photographer Kati Hoy and Stylist Manda Worthington (Sue Blue Events). The task- to take photos for WM Goods new look book. Seriously- the models were gorgeous and everything they put on is something out of a dream closet. So grateful to be a part of this local business shoot- check them out! WM Goods Portland
Oh My Goodness- I can't say enough about the love this couple shares. They are truly the definition of authentic and selfless love. Chelsie and Todd got married last month and joined us in July for a workshop put on by my fave, Kati Hoy. This session was done in our Air B n B on Anderson Island. They really did wake up like this and were down for an early morning shoot. Chelsie and Todd are THAT couple- they travel the world, they have a camper van and they are freaking beautiful. Love you two.
My sister is a STUNNER. We took these portraits on our road trip to Destin, Florida and shot until it was black outside! She's not much of a girly girl- which cracks me up since she was a total model babe during our shoot! Love you Bre.
Oh my goodness- my heart. This little angel was born in August, just a month or so after Taylor's maternity session. It was so special to get to go back and take pictures of Taylor again, this time with baby Cooper and dad. Every little thing Cooper did was adorable- I think I had thousands of photos when I left.
Thank you for letting me capture your little family and all the love that you have for each other! xo
These two were models at our last workshop and they were so cute! Morgan is a model in the PNW and Cameron is her boyfriend in real life... they just graduated from Bellarmine Prep and Cameron is now at Yale. I love their authenticity- they may be young but are super in love. Morgan- I am inspired by your inner fire girl- you guys are going to do big things.
These two were the sweetest couple! Luc and Erin had a meaningful, intimate wedding at Union Pine in Portland. The details were my favroite part of this wedding! Erin not only wore her mother's dress, her bouquet was put together by Luc- her newlywed husband. I definitely cried... here is a snapshot of their day with a huge emphasis on those details!
This girl... I'm biased as we are related. This was my very first shoot with my new camera. I followed her around downtown Newberg and we took pictures for about four hours. Needless to say, she's a total babe. Her heart is even more beautiful. Can't wait to see what's in store for you Sammy. Love you.
